obrala sam svoju visnju...jedno jedino stablo vocke na mojoj parceli(imam jednu maslinu)...mali je urod,negdje oko 2-3kg.nesto pojedemo mi,nesto ptice...
ostalo mi je kilo i pol visnji i evo napravih sokic(sirup)i slatko tek za jedan kolacic ili palacinke...
-visnje oprati i povaditi kostice(kilo i pol visnje)
-preko ociscenih visnji staviti secer(kilo i pol secera) i sok od jednog limuna...
-odmah staviti na laganu vatru,promjesati i cekati da zakuha...pustiti da kuha 40min. i povremeno promjesati...
gotovooooo....procijediti i odvojiti sirup od ploda...dobijemo litru sirupa...
i jednu zdjelicu slatkog,od prilike 1/2kg.
ugodno ispijanje sokica...
